Is there a leash law in Mesquite?
8/25/07 - Is there a leash law in Mesquite? I was under the impression there is. My sister and I took my small dogs(on their leashes) to the park at McWhorter School for a walk. Two days in a row we had to leave because there was a man with 2 very large dogs not on leashes. He had leashes but they were not attached to the dogs. This is not fair to those of us who do not trust the big dogs not to attack the smaller ones! He said they wouldn't but I do not trust big dogs. It was between 7 and 7:30 am both days.
